Qispikay is a skincare brand rooted in a living cultural heritage. Founded by a Peruvian-American, the brand was built on genuine values: botanical ingredients, eco-conscious formulas, and a deep reverence for the land. But before the rebrand, none of that was coming through. The positioning was surface level — vegan, clean, sustainable — and the DIY visuals, labels included, weren't telling the real story. The brand had a powerful foundation. It just needed someone to see it clearly enough to build around it.
The first move was finding the real position. Not what the brand sold, but what it really stood for. Qispikay is supposed to be a celebration of Peruvian heritage, botanical wisdom, and the richness of the land itself. We built the entire identity around that truth. The brand mark, an Andean Condor (Peru's national bird) became the anchor, a symbol of freedom, nature, and cultural pride. A tropical yet earthy palette tied the brand to its roots, and the product labels were redesigned from the ground up: compliant, cohesive, and finally worthy of what's inside them.
Qispikay now has an identity with as much depth as the products themselves. It's culturally rooted, visually distinct, and positioned to grow without losing what makes it rare.
